Before using the nasal strip, prepare your nose by washing and drying. Makeup and moisturizers can weaken the adhesive. Remove liner. Be sure to avoid touching strip adhesive. Hold the strip by the liner material for optimal adhesion. Center the strip on the bridge of your nose. The flexible spring in the strip should rest just above your nostrils. Press & hold to ensure top performance. Rub outward to the ends of the strip to fully adhere. Press and hold for 30 seconds. For better removal results, wet your nose with warm water while washing your face or during a shower. Gently lift both ends and remove slowly to minimize risk of injury. Single use.
