This product comes in an airless pump which uses a vacuum system and does NOT use a straw like most dispensers. Airless pumps help enhance the effectiveness and longevity of our formula by keeping air and other contaminants out. For first use we suggest covering the opening where the product is dispensed with your finger and pump 10-15 times. This should prime the pump and release any excess air and trigger the product to pump properly. You can also turn the product upside down and find the small hole at the bottom of the bottle. Try inserting a paper clip into this hole to loosen the disc that pushes the product up, and pump 15-20 times.
